10. Third-Party AI Services

Render8 uses the following third-party AI services to generate and process images:

• Black Forest Labs (BFL) — Used for AI image generation. Your text prompts and any reference images you provide are sent to BFL's API to generate images. BFL does not store your prompts or images beyond the generation process. Learn more at blackforestlabs.ai
• GetImg AI — Used for image editing features including Face Fix, Upscale, Instruct, and ControlNet. Your images are sent to GetImg's API for processing. GetImg does not store your images beyond the processing request. Learn more at getimg.ai
• Stability AI — Used for Stable Diffusion image generation models. Your text prompts and reference images are sent to Stability AI's API. Learn more at stability.ai
• Google Cloud Vision API — Used for content moderation to detect and filter unsafe or policy-violating content in generated images. Images are analyzed for safety purposes only. No image data is stored by Google for this purpose beyond the moderation check.

What data is sent to these services:

• Text prompts you enter
• Reference images you upload (if applicable)
• Generation parameters (size, style, etc.)

What is NOT sent:

• Your name or email address
• Your account credentials
• Your payment information

By using Render8, you consent to your prompts and images being processed by these third-party AI services as described above.

11. Face Data

The app includes a Face Fix feature that enhances facial features in user-uploaded images. Regarding face data:

• What face data is collected: No face data is collected or stored. When you use the Face Fix feature, your image is sent to GetImg AI solely for the purpose of facial enhancement processing.
• How it is used: The image is processed to enhance facial features (such as clarity and detail). No facial recognition, identification, biometric measurements, or face embeddings are extracted or stored.
• Third-party sharing: Your image is processed by GetImg AI (https://getimg.ai) for the enhancement. GetImg does not retain your image data beyond the processing request.
• Retention: No face data is retained by Render8 or GetImg. Only the resulting enhanced image URL is temporarily returned to your device.
• Google Vision API: Generated images may be analyzed by Google Cloud Vision API for content moderation purposes only. This is to ensure no harmful content is displayed. No biometric or face identification data is extracted or stored.

12. Changes to Privacy Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
